It Started With a Smell
A few years ago, our founder was doing what every pet owner does — washing dog blankets, muddy towels, and fur-covered everything — when he noticed something was off. The laundry came out clean, but the machine itself smelled terrible. Musty, damp, and oddly unpleasant.
He pulled out the drum seal. What he found wasn't pretty.
A Problem Nobody Was Solving
After some research, it became clear this wasn't just his problem. Millions of pet owners were running their machines week after week, never realising that pet hair, dander, and detergent residue were quietly building up inside — in places no standard cleaner could reach.
The products already on the market were designed for average households. Nobody had built something specifically for people who share their home — and their laundry — with animals.
So we decided to.
What We Built
PrimeDrum was created with one goal: to give pet owners a cleaner that actually understands their life.
Our Washing Machine Cleaner Pro uses a carefully developed enzyme-based formula designed to break down pet hair proteins, eliminate odour at the source, and remove hidden residue from deep inside your machine — not just on the surface.
